Ensuring you’re getting the right nutrients is essential for hair health. Include a variety of nutrient-rich foods in your diet, such as leafy greens, fruits, lean proteins and healthy fats. If you’re concerned about deficiencies, consider taking a multivitamin that includes B vitamins, zinc and biotin. 

3. Practice Moderation 

Moderation is key when it comes to alcohol consumption. Drinking in moderation, rather than binge drinking, will minimize the negative effects on your body and hair. If you’re looking to improve your hair health, consider limiting alcohol intake and taking regular breaks from drinking.

Alcohol can have a significant impact on your hair’s health, from dehydration and nutrient deficiencies to hormonal imbalances and increased stress levels. While occasional drinking may not cause drastic damage, regular or excessive alcohol consumption can lead to dryness, thinning and hair loss. Can alcohol make you lose hair?
